1. PRICES
All prices quoted on this website are incl. 19% VAT and are only valid as rent for the specified rental period (maximum 18 hours).
2. THE TENANT
- undertakes to inform the guests about the care taken with the box
- agrees to monitor the photo box during the entire rental period
- assures that the photo box will not be mined by third parties or the renter himself
3. DAMAGES
Prices for damaged Photobox Elements:
CANON Camera = 1089 €; Tablet small = 499 €; Tablet big = 1059 €; Flash = 73 €
Cladding PVC sheets = 46 € per side; Lens = 400 €; Tripod: 85 €; Background banner with system: 360 €; Background banner without system: 120 €
Other accessories not listed here will be calculated according to the current value. Additional expenses will be charged at 79 € net per hour.
If the damage is not immediately apparent when the photo box is dismantled, the landlord can assert the damage even after the rental object has been returned. Repayment of the deposit on the day of return does not exclude such subsequent damages. The assertion of a higher damage is expressly reserved.
4. DISTURBANCES
In the event of failure or failure of individual components, the team of PHOTOBOOTH.cy must be informed immediately. Please call the customer service number +357 99890211 to discuss the further procedure. Use of the emergency instructions without prior customer service contact is not permitted. The photo box and all other systems may only be opened after permission has been granted.
It is not allowed to dismantle the photo box set on the following day. The entire technology may only be assembled and disassembled by our qualified personnel.
5. PAYMENTS
PREPAYMENT
A prepayment is needed as a reservation fee to place a final blocking of the photobox. The prepayment is only refundable by a correct cancellation, see point 6. The prepayment is 50% of the total price.
DEPOSIT
A security deposit of 350,00 € has to be paid in cash on day of delivery. The deposit will be paid back on the next day of pickup if everything is fine with our photobox.
6. CANCELLATIONS
A cancellation can only be made within 48 hours after paying the prepayment / reservation fee. To cancel contact us here.
If you cancel after 48 hours of reservation, the prepayments are not refundable. The other open payments (deposit, rest of the total price) will be cancelled. and don't have to be paid.
If the date of your event or wedding changed, please inform us immediately. Chaging the date / time of your photobox booking is absolutely free, if our photobox is available on that date.
7. PROPERTY:
All rental items are the property of PIXPRESS LTD, Tefkrou Anthia 2, Larnaca.
